Organizing Now For July 4, 2026 Nationwide Launch

Clean Slate 2028. Replace Every Member of Congress.

Replace every member of Congress with patriots who serve the people — not unions or corporations. A government of citizens, not K Street, Washington, DC lobbyists.

The Biggest Enemy of the American Worker

The US Chamber of Commerce.

For 50 years, the Chamber has been the most powerful lobbying machine in Washington — spending over $150 million every year to make sure Congress serves foreign corporations instead of you.

Their own Board includes the CEO of the #1 H-1B employer in America. They sued the US government to block visa fraud enforcement. They were built on a secret blueprint written by Lewis Powell before Nixon put him on the Supreme Court.

They are not the voice of American business.
They are the reason your congressman doesn’t work for you.
US Workers Alliance is taking them to federal court — and to the ballot box.

The Common Enemy

The Chamber Is Not Who They Say They Are

For 50 years, the US Chamber of Commerce has claimed to represent American business. The truth is different. The Chamber is the largest lobbying spender in Washington — spending over $150 million every year to advance the interests of foreign corporations over the interests of American workers. Their own Board of Directors includes the CEO of the #1 H-1B employer in America, whose president was federally indicted. They sued the US government to block enforcement of visa laws. They are funded by foreign money. And they have never been held accountable.

“The Chamber of Commerce isn’t the voice of American business. It’s a legal defense fund for foreign corporations to committ visa fraud.”

Facts They Can’t Dispute

$34M
Federal Visa Fraud Fine

Infosys — whose Chief Legal Officer sits on the Chamber’s US-India Business Council Board — paid a record $34 million federal settlement for systemic visa fraud. They created a “Do’s & Don’ts” memo teaching workers to lie to US border agents. The Chamber said nothing. The Chamber sued to protect them.

#1
H-1B Employer on Chamber’s Board

Cognizant’s CEO Ravi Kumar sits on the US Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. Cognizant is the single largest H-1B employer in America — filing 28,725 applications in one year. Their president was federally indicted. They pay H-1B workers $48,000 less per year than American companies.

3,426
Americans Laid Off. H-1Bs Hired.

Microsoft — whose VP of Government Affairs sits on the Chamber’s Board — laid off 3,426 American workers between 2022 and 2024. In the same period, they hired 3,259 new H-1B workers. That is not a talent shortage. That is a swap. The Chamber lobbied to make it possible.

1971

Powell’s Blueprint.
50 Years in the Making.

In 1971, before Nixon appointed Lewis Powell to the Supreme Court, he wrote a secret memo to the Chamber outlining a blueprint for corporate takeover of American democracy — the courts, Congress, universities, and media.

The Chamber executed that blueprint for 50 years. Today, the Chamber’s own Board includes the CEO of the #1 H-1B employer in America, the Americas CEO of an Indian outsourcing giant, and the VP of a company that laid off thousands of Americans while hiring foreign replacements. Powell’s slow bleed of American workers is right on schedule.

US Workers Alliance is building the antidote.
The counter-movement Powell never planned for.

We Are the Antidote.

US Workers Alliance represents 170 million American workers who have no seat at the Chamber’s table. We are not left. We are not right. We are American workers — and we are done being the collateral damage of foreign-funded corporate lobbying.

We are organizing. We are mobilizing. And we are preparing to take the US Chamber of Commerce to federal court — to hold them accountable for using foreign money to influence American politics and destroy American jobs.
